They removed the stock exhaust on my 2024 Z Performance and replaced it with an AWE Track exhaust. The price was fair for the work. I was consulted about the placement of the exhaust tips while I waited. I was consulted again about how I wanted the old exhaust placed in the hatch of the Z, and to ensure it didn’t scrape the interior. All in all, very efficient and courteous service. I highly recommend this shop!

Honestly, one of the best shops I’ve dealt with. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the work they do. They explained everything clearly, were honest about what I actually needed, and never tried to upsell me on things I didn’t need. Josiah was a huge help and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to BMWs. Nick, the technician, was also very helpful, and both of them were super friendly and easy to deal with. After dealing with them myself, I can honestly see how the 1 star reviews about their customer service are fake. My experience was the complete opposite. We stopped in on a Saturday morning with a bit of a challenge. A rodent had chewed through one of our injector wires. Honda dealer does not sell a suitable replacement, shy of a full engine harness – which would have been ridiculously expensive. The guy at Parts Plug spent a generous amount of time trying to help us out gratis, even though he did not have the specific part. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

Parts Plug’s Oshawa shop is at 1115 Wentworth St W, Unit C5B, at Wentworth and Boundary in west Oshawa. That’s about 5 km from downtown Whitby, so most Whitby drivers can reach us in around 10 minutes, and Brooklin is roughly 15 to 20 minutes away. For Whitby customers it’s the closer of our two locations; our Scarborough shop serves the Toronto side.
