We stopped in on a Saturday morning with a bit of a challenge. A rodent had chewed through one of our injector wires. Honda dealer does not sell a suitable replacement, shy of a full engine harness – which would have been ridiculously expensive. The guy at Parts Plug spent a generous amount of time trying to help us out gratis, even though he did not have the specific part. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

They removed the stock exhaust on my 2024 Z Performance and replaced it with an AWE Track exhaust. The price was fair for the work. I was consulted about the placement of the exhaust tips while I waited. I was consulted again about how I wanted the old exhaust placed in the hatch of the Z, and to ensure it didn’t scrape the interior. All in all, very efficient and courteous service. I highly recommend this shop!

Honestly, one of the best shops I’ve dealt with. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the work they do. They explained everything clearly, were honest about what I actually needed, and never tried to upsell me on things I didn’t need. Carbon Build-Up on TFSI Engines

Most modern Audis use direct-injection TFSI engines. Because fuel no longer washes over the intake valves, carbon slowly builds up on them. On higher-mileage cars this can cause a rough idle, misfires and hesitation.

We clean the valves by walnut blasting, which removes the carbon without taking the engine apart.
