They removed the stock exhaust on my 2024 Z Performance and replaced it with an AWE Track exhaust. The price was fair for the work. I was consulted about the placement of the exhaust tips while I waited. I was consulted again about how I wanted the old exhaust placed in the hatch of the Z, and to ensure it didn’t scrape the interior. All in all, very efficient and courteous service. I highly recommend this shop!

Service A and Service B Explained

Mercedes-Benz alternates two main services. Service A covers the oil and filter change plus a set of checks. Service B adds more, such as a cabin filter replacement and a more thorough inspection. Your dashboard shows which one is due, and we carry it out to factory specifications.

4MATIC and Winter Driving

4MATIC all-wheel drive helps in snow, but it cannot make up for worn tires or tired brakes. A pre-winter check of tires, brakes and battery, plus a changeover to winter tires, is the best preparation for a Durham winter.
