Brought my truck in to change the exhaust so i could get a deeper sound and a little louder . Amar listened to what i wanted and ordered what was needed . Part took a little longer but no worries they were prompt in keeping me informed . Sounds amazing and the decimal level comes in a little louder . I could not be happier . Amazing service very polite from all employees that i interacted with , i actually felt like they cared about what i wanted. Also as i was leaving i was told to see if its the sound im looking for as they could make it louder . These guys a great. Highly recommend. Been back for headlight and taillight install . I've been bringing my cars here for the past few years, and the experience has consistently been top-notch. The customer service is excellent—friendly, professional, and attentive. The team is knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely cares about getting you the right parts at a fair price. They’re incredibly thorough with their inspections and have always been able to accurately diagnose and resolve any issues. The only downside is that they’re getting busier as more people discover their outstanding service, but it’s a testament to how good they really are.

Service is excellent, inspection is thorough, service is delivered promptly and pricing is reasonable. Also, their staff is gentle, friendly and patient with customers with no technical knowledge. My wife is a bit skittish when visiting mechanics in general, I advised her to take her car to Parts plugs due to engine light on, she did it today and loved the attention, she is changing mechanic moving forward!
