I had a fantastic experience with Parts Plug. Their staff was knowledgeable, patient, and truly understood the needs of performance car enthusiasts. I was after a specific O-ring for my HKS BOV on an N54 build, and not only did they have exactly what I needed, but they also helped me confirm the correct size over the phone.

I had a great experience at this mechanic shop. The staff was friendly, honest, and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. The work was completed on time, and my vehicle has been running perfectly ever since. Their pricing was fair, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Service is excellent, inspection is thorough, service is delivered promptly and pricing is reasonable. Also, their staff is gentle, friendly and patient with customers with no technical knowledge. My wife is a bit skittish when visiting mechanics in general, I advised her to take her car to Parts plugs due to engine light on, she did it today and loved the attention, she is changing mechanic moving forward!

Best experience for a car repair ever. Was grateful for their advice prior to the alternator replacement. I was going to try to make it back home….. anyway, car was fixed quickly and is ready to go. Will definitely make this my garage moving forward. It's worth the drive to Oshawa, to have Parts Plug work on your car.
