Service is excellent, inspection is thorough, service is delivered promptly and pricing is reasonable. Also, their staff is gentle, friendly and patient with customers with no technical knowledge. I had a fantastic experience with Parts Plug. Their staff was knowledgeable, patient, and truly understood the needs of performance car enthusiasts. I was after a specific O-ring for my HKS BOV on an N54 build, and not only did they have exactly what I needed, but they also helped me confirm the correct size over the phone.

My car started making weird noises. I called on a Friday night and they told me to come in tomorrow morning. They immediately started taking a look at my car and I was out of there in under a half hour! No more weird noises, they said it was an easy fix. Thank you so much!

We stopped in on a Saturday morning with a bit of a challenge. A rodent had chewed through one of our injector wires. Honda dealer does not sell a suitable replacement, she if a full engine harness. The guy at Parts Plug spent a generous amount of time trying to help us even though he did not have the specific part. Super friendly and knowledgeable.
