I just called if it’s time to replace brake pads and rotor since I heard strange sound when I braked. They are so efficient to tell me to come right away to check and get quotation. They are very nice and helpful with my car issue.

definitely recommend doing business with partsplug and wouldn't hesitate ordering from them again. their custom service is top tier replying back to you within an hour or so. when they say they have inventory they have it and won't catfish you into paying an inventory fee as I seen some other shops in Ontario doing. these guys are honest and definitely recommend ordering from them. thanks again – winnipeg

2024 updated I have been their customer for 2-3 years and i have never been to any other shop. One of the best in business. No other shop in the GTA can beat their price and quality. They changed the clutch and rear main seal on my car in no time. I would recommend them 100% eyes closed to anyone looking to get their repaired from them. BEST IN BUSINESS
