Volkswagen Lowering Springs

Great guys and super flexible, was able to get me in quick and got my issue fixed , gone back several times already and will go again

Very quick and timely service, phone call updates throughout, same day repairs

These guys know what they’re talking about. Always great service and easy to work with.

Great shop with honest, knowledgeable staff. Very trustworthy and always willing to help. Highly recommend

Honestly, one of the best shops I’ve dealt with. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the work they do. They explained everything clearly, were honest about what I actually needed, and never tried to upsell me on things I didn’t need. Josiah was a huge help and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to BMWs. Nick, the technician, was also very helpful, and both of them were super friendly and easy to deal with. After dealing with them myself, I can honestly see how the 1 star reviews about their customer service are fake. My experience was the complete opposite. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. Pricing was also very fair, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop instead of going to the dealer.

Absolutely fantastic service. Answered my questions and addressed my concerns. These guys know there stuff. I got a PRL high volume air intake installed in my 2024 Honda Civic sport sedan. "Yeah yeah I know." Wasn't chasing gains or trying to make my car super fast because it's not. Although after the installation the car sounds fantastic. I'm extremely happy with the noise it makes now. Sounds sportier with a little angry growel. Like I said I'm not chasing gains or trying to race anybody. These guys did a fantastic job and it was a comfortable experience. There is a difference and it's noticeable no huge power gain but is a bit peppier sounds great. Thanks to the guys at parts plug

Excellent service from start to finish. The team was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took the time to explain the issue clearly and made sure the work was completed properly and efficiently. I really appreciated their attention to detail and fair pricing. I would definitely recommend Parts Plug Oshawa to anyone looking for reliable and professional automotive service

Very nice and friendly staff, and they always get me taken care of quick. Thank you Amar and the Parts Plug team!

Thanks to Amar and the team. Top shelf service and advice.

We stopped in on a Saturday morning with a bit of a challenge. A rodent had chewed through one of our injector wires. Honda dealer does not sell a suitable replacement, shy of a full engine harness – which would have been ridiculously expensive. The guy at Parts Plug spent a generous amount of time trying to help us out gratis, even though he did not have the specific part. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

Highly recommended! Just changed the water pump and did a carbon cleaning on my Audi. This is the shop we always go to any type of auto service.

Great guys. Great service. They truly care about what they do

Parts plug is good at what they do. They did a clutch and walnut blasting service for me and have done a good job. They are quick to respond to questions and provide quotes and schedule you in which is appreciated since some shops take forever to do so. Will continue to use them in the future.

These guys are solid. I took my BMW X7 here and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. They provided a detailed quote by email beforehand, and there were no surprises, hidden fees, or unnecessary upselling. Honest, professional service and a great overall experience. Highly recommended.

Just had a small part install on my car and I’m definitely happy with was done. Guys are knowledgeable and I’ll definitely be back to get more work done on my car.

This was my first time bring my car here to have fog lights installed and did a fantastic job. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!!!

Best experience for a car repair ever. Was grateful for their advice prior to the alternator replacement. I was going to try to make it back home….. anyway, car was fixed quickly and is ready to go. Will definitely make this my garage moving forward. It's worth the drive to Oshawa, to have Parts Plug work on your car.

Helped with supercharger pulley install top shelf staff!

I took my Mercedes C300 for a noise coming from front axle. They inspected the car within 20 minutes and gave me a quote. Did the job the next day quickly and the car was running smooth as new. Got the best price for the repairs. Customer service, speed, efficiency everything was amazing!

They removed the stock exhaust on my 2024 Z Performance and replaced it with an AWE Track exhaust. The price was fair for the work. I was consulted about the placement of the exhaust tips while I waited. I was consulted again about how I wanted the old exhaust placed in the hatch of the Z, and to ensure it didn’t scrape the interior. All in all, very efficient and courteous service. I highly recommend this shop!

Excellent fast service. Highly professional. Highly recommend

Great service and very friendly team. They did an oil change on my Mini and checked the brake light issue. It turned out to be a small thing to fix, and they only charged me for the part with no labour charge. I was honestly surprised and really appreciated it. Thanks again for the great service!

They did a great job on installing my coilovers; process was smooth & everything was completed on time!

Tuned my car and fixed my exhaust leak while I waited. Very quick, friendly, and local! 100% recommend

Josiah and the team define customer service in the auto industry.
