I just called if it’s time to replace brake pads and rotor since I heard strange sound when I braked. They are so efficient to tell me to come right away to check and get quotation. They are very nice and helpful with my car issue.

Very honest people and will tell you what your car really needs not like other mechanics that will charge you an arm and leg to get your car fixed. Just picked up my CRV and I highly recommend Parts Plug. You need anything from breaks or tires or oil change ANYTHING! Give them a call and you will never regret this and I'm 100% they will give you a WAY better pricing than dealerships. Service is excellent, inspection is thorough, service is delivered promptly and pricing is reasonable. Also, their staff is gentle, friendly and patient with customers with no technical knowledge. My wife is a bit skittish when visiting mechanics in general, I advised her to take her car to Parts plugs due to engine light on, she did it today and loved the attention, she is changing mechanic moving forward!

Just had a small part install on my car and I’m definitely happy with was done. Guys are knowledgeable and I’ll definitely be back to get more work done on my car.
