Hey! This place is seriously one of the best spots in all of GTA to get your car fixed up. I've been a customer at their other location for the past 5 years, and now they've opened one right near my house! Awesome! 😊

They did a great on my VW. Came here initially for just for a Carbon build up removal (walnut blast), and ended having my car fully diagnosed and repaired beyond my initial thoughts. Fair pricing, they are good and prompt with communication as well details to what the actual issues are. So no feeling of being upsold on things you don't need.

Needed my tires replaced with winter tires. Service was fantastic and workers were all friendly. Definitely recommend!!

Best parts dealer around!!! If you are looking for Car parts, these guys guys to get it from! Whether you’re looking for dealer parts or performance part, they can get it all! And even better they will install it for you too! On top of that, it’s just a great environment to be around, great people, good vibes

Thanks to Amar and the team. Top shelf service and advice.

Great experience at Parts Plug Scarborough! I’ve been to the Whitby location before, and the Scarborough shop provides the same friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable service you would expect. This location is more convenient for me, so it’s great knowing I can get the same level of service closer to home. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at this mechanic shop. The staff was friendly, honest, and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. The work was completed on time, and my vehicle has been running perfectly ever since. Their pricing was fair, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but this shop has definitely earned my confidence. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional service!

Excellent fast service. Highly professional. Highly recommend

My car started making weird noises. I called on a Friday night and they told me to come in tomorrow morning. They immediately started taking a look at my car and I was out of there in under a half hour! No more weird noises, they said it was an easy fix. Thank you so much!

Best shop in the GTA great service and trustworthy people wouldn’t go anywhere else they do it all!

I just called if it’s time to replace brake pads and rotor since I heard strange sound when I braked. They are so efficient to tell me to come right away to check and get quotation. They are very nice and helpful with my car issue.

The absolute go-to shop for BMWs in the Durham Region. They’ve taken care of my cars on multiple occasions and always deliver incredible work. Highly recommend!

Awesome Service Thank you so much!!

Amazing experience from start to finish! The staff were friendly, professional, and honest, and the service was excellent. They took the time to explain everything clearly, completed the work efficiently, and made sure everything was done properly. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future work. Highly recommend!

Quality workmanship and attention to detail. Swapped my clutch, welded up a great exhaust, and got me some fresh summer tires. Installed a bbk and car drives great

Great experience! I came here to get my tires changed and an oil change done. Everything went smoothly. The staff were friendly, professional, and got the work done quickly. The service was straightforward and I was really happy with the overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable shop!

Best shop in Scarborough make sure you ask for Nick to work on your car! He’s the best.

Brought my car in for a quick service, they were able to get my wheel bearing done in a timely manner. Nick was super accommodating! Will definitely be back!

Great guys. Great service. They truly care about what they do

Thank you for taking really good care of my car and getting my suspension fixed! No more noises!

Very nice and friendly staff, and they always get me taken care of quick. Thank you Amar and the Parts Plug team!

Great shop with honest, knowledgeable staff. Very trustworthy and always willing to help. Highly recommend

I took my Mercedes C300 for a noise coming from front axle. They inspected the car within 20 minutes and gave me a quote. Did the job the next day quickly and the car was running smooth as new. Got the best price for the repairs. Customer service, speed, efficiency everything was amazing!

We stopped in on a Saturday morning with a bit of a challenge. A rodent had chewed through one of our injector wires. Honda dealer does not sell a suitable replacement, shy of a full engine harness – which would have been ridiculously expensive. The guy at Parts Plug spent a generous amount of time trying to help us out gratis, even though he did not have the specific part. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

Quick turnaround and great service will be going back for all my needs
