Brought my truck in to change the exhaust so i could get a deeper sound and a little louder . Amar listened to what i wanted and ordered what was needed . Part took a little longer but no worries they were prompt in keeping me informed . Sounds amazing and the decimal level comes in a little louder . I could not be happier . Amazing service very polite from all employees that i interacted with , i actually felt like they cared about what i wanted. Also as i was leaving i was told to see if its the sound im looking for as they could make it louder . These guys a great. Highly recommend. Been back for headlight and taillight install . Again they did a fantastic job

I had several questions, and they patiently answered each one without any hint of annoyance. Their transparency and willingness to accommodate my requests made me feel very comfortable. A special shoutout to Gagandeep for his outstanding service and friendly personality. After a less-than-stellar experience at a performance shop in Pickering, I was hesitant to try again, but this shop has truly restored my faith. I’m thrilled to have found such a reliable performance shop in the Durham region. I took my Mercedes C300 for a noise coming from front axle. They inspected the car within 20 minutes and gave me a quote. Did the job the next day quickly and the car was running smooth as new. Got the best price for the repairs. Customer service, speed, efficiency everything was amazing!

Absolutely fantastic service. Answered my questions and addressed my concerns. These guys know there stuff. I got a PRL high volume air intake installed in my 2024 Honda Civic sport sedan. "Yeah yeah I know." Wasn't chasing gains or trying to make my car super fast because it's not. Although after the installation the car sounds fantastic. I'm extremely happy with the noise it makes now. Sounds sportier with a little angry growel. Like I said I'm not chasing gains or trying to race anybody. These guys did a fantastic job and it was a comfortable experience. There is a difference and it's noticeable no huge power gain but is a bit peppier sounds great. Thanks to the guys at parts plug

Had a great experience at Parts Plug. I reached out via email to inquire about walnut blasting intake carbon cleaning, they were quick to respond to all my questions, and book me in for an appointment. After they completed my intake carbon cleaning, I no longer experience misfires during cold starts or rough idling. I also noticed that the car is running overall a lot smoother now, and quicker throttle response. Intake carbon cleaning is pricey but for the amount of time it takes to complete I think the price is fair and worth it, felt like the car got a second life and runs like new. Highly recommend Parts Plug to anyone thinking about intake carbon cleaning!

I've been bringing my cars here for the past few years, and the experience has consistently been top-notch. The customer service is excellent—friendly, professional, and attentive. The team is knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely cares about getting you the right parts at a fair price. They’re incredibly thorough with their inspections and have always been able to accurately diagnose and resolve any issues. The only downside is that they’re getting busier as more people discover their outstanding service, but it’s a testament to how good they really are.
