Friendly, very diligent, guys. Would highly recommend Parts Plug.

Had a great experience at Parts Plug! They changed my transmission fluid and also did an intake valve cleaning. The team was professional, explained everything clearly, and got the work done quickly. My car feels smoother and more responsive now. Really appreciate the honest service and fair pricing—definitely recommend them if you’re looking for reliable mechanics!

Hey! This place is seriously one of the best spots in all of GTA to get your car fixed up. I've been a customer at their other location for the past 5 years, and now they've opened one right near my house! Awesome! 😊

Best experience for a car repair ever. Was grateful for their advice prior to the alternator replacement. I was going to try to make it back home….. anyway, car was fixed quickly and is ready to go. Will definitely make this my garage moving forward. It's worth the drive to Oshawa, to have Parts Plug work on your car.

Great guys came in because I had a coolant leak found the issue very quick and price was reasonable would come back again for sure.

Josiah and the team define customer service in the auto industry.

Great guys. Great service. They truly care about what they do

The absolute go-to shop for BMWs in the Durham Region. They’ve taken care of my cars on multiple occasions and always deliver incredible work. Highly recommend!

Only shop I trust. Reasonable prices and they have never given a bad call to me or any of my family's vehicles.

Best shop in Scarborough make sure you ask for Nick to work on your car! He’s the best.

Best place in Durham Region to get e98 fuel. Great guys and service. Be back for more!

Thanks to Amar and the team. Top shelf service and advice.

Had a great experience at Parts Plug. I reached out via email to inquire about walnut blasting intake carbon cleaning, they were quick to respond to all my questions, and book me in for an appointment. After they completed my intake carbon cleaning, I no longer experience misfires during cold starts or rough idling. I also noticed that the car is running overall a lot smoother now, and quicker throttle response. Intake carbon cleaning is pricey but for the amount of time it takes to complete I think the price is fair and worth it, felt like the car got a second life and runs like new. Highly recommend Parts Plug to anyone thinking about intake carbon cleaning!

These guys are solid. I took my BMW X7 here and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. They provided a detailed quote by email beforehand, and there were no surprises, hidden fees, or unnecessary upselling. Honest, professional service and a great overall experience. Highly recommended.

Brought my car in for a quick service, they were able to get my wheel bearing done in a timely manner. Nick was super accommodating! Will definitely be back!

I would say this is one of the best shops in the GTA. They’re super honest and pleasant to deal with. They don’t cut corners and do hack jobs. They care for your car as if it’s their own. I highly recommend parts plug. (:

Thank you for taking really good care of my car and getting my suspension fixed! No more noises!

Thank you for your service. Provide all the information I needed over the phone and at the location, very quick to service.

I brought in my 2013 Audi with 230K on the odometer. They listened to my concerns, and were happy to explain my options to me. They kept to their schedule and did the job (quite a big one) in record time. They even had me come back in 2 wks to ensure all was still well. They did a great job at a great price and were a pleasure to work with. Thank you Parts Plug team!

I had a great experience at this mechanic shop. The staff was friendly, honest, and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. The work was completed on time, and my vehicle has been running perfectly ever since. Their pricing was fair, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but this shop has definitely earned my confidence. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional service!

Parts Plug has been my go to for the past 3 years (since i found out about them). Great prices and most importantly AMAZING, trustworthy staff. I know I can trust their advice, and that the work will be done RIGHT. + I dont know how… but they found the sweetspot for professional and chill, and it’s always a vibe. Thanks again for all your hard work!
