Best parts dealer around!!! If you are looking for Car parts, these guys guys to get it from! Whether you’re looking for dealer parts or performance part, they can get it all! And even better they will install it for you too! On top of that, it’s just a great environment to be around, great people, good vibes

I have been going to this place for about 4-5 years and I have been dealing with Amar and his colleagues , They are highly trained, very reliable, honest & knowledgable and have helped me many times coming up with simple and quick solutions for any type of situation with both of my vehicles .They are very patient, courteous and polite and have always provided the excellent customer service. Highly recommend this place for auto repairs and maintenance. Best wishes, Jas

Best experience for a car repair ever. Was grateful for their advice prior to the alternator replacement. I was going to try to make it back home….. anyway, car was fixed quickly and is ready to go. Will definitely make this my garage moving forward. It's worth the drive to Oshawa, to have Parts Plug work on your car.

My go-to place for all my maintenance and repairs. Super honest guys, work is done in a very timely manner and prices are more than fair! I recommend this place!!

Helped with supercharger pulley install top shelf staff!

Quality workmanship and attention to detail. Swapped my clutch, welded up a great exhaust, and got me some fresh summer tires. Installed a bbk and car drives great

Very honest people and will tell you what your car really needs not like other mechanics that will charge you an arm and leg to get your car fixed. Just picked up my CRV and I highly recommend Parts Plug. You need anything from breaks or tires or oil change ANYTHING! Give them a call and you will never regret this and I'm 100% they will give you a WAY better pricing than dealerships. Parts Plug will work on your car like it's theirs and will do a perfectly precise job. Thank you guys 😉

I’m always so happy with all the guys that work here. Service is top notch. Honest group of men. Highly recommend

Very nice and friendly staff, and they always get me taken care of quick. Thank you Amar and the Parts Plug team!

Nick has been nothing but wonderful, he did a full inspection on the car and let me know if there was any issues or problems he is definitely a go to for me when it comes to my car now I appreciate all the work he did I went home very happy and price was very fair

Brought my car in for a quick service, they were able to get my wheel bearing done in a timely manner. Nick was super accommodating! Will definitely be back!

I had my Jettas engine replaced by these guys a few years ago. I always send anyone I know with big issues to them to fix it up for an affordable price. Figured I should write a review about my experience. Thank you's again 👏

Great guys. Great service. They truly care about what they do

Service is excellent, inspection is thorough, service is delivered promptly and pricing is reasonable. Also, their staff is gentle, friendly and patient with customers with no technical knowledge. My wife is a bit skittish when visiting mechanics in general, I advised her to take her car to Parts plugs due to engine light on, she did it today and loved the attention, she is changing mechanic moving forward!

Great place to take your car for any service. Honest and reputable.

The absolute go-to shop for BMWs in the Durham Region. They’ve taken care of my cars on multiple occasions and always deliver incredible work. Highly recommend!

Thank you for taking really good care of my car and getting my suspension fixed! No more noises!

Parts Plug has been my go to for the past 3 years (since i found out about them). Great prices and most importantly AMAZING, trustworthy staff. I know I can trust their advice, and that the work will be done RIGHT. + I dont know how… but they found the sweetspot for professional and chill, and it’s always a vibe. Thanks again for all your hard work!

Excellent fast service. Highly professional. Highly recommend

Thanks to Amar and the team. Top shelf service and advice.

Amazing service as always! Have been coming to them for over 5 years! They always have an opening and are able to do quick checks and never ever overcharge. Really honest hard working individuals. You should definitely go to them for all of your car needs. 👏🏼

These guys know what they’re talking about. Always great service and easy to work with.

Only shop I trust. Reasonable prices and they have never given a bad call to me or any of my family's vehicles.

Absolutely phenomenal service from Amar and the team. They took their time out to tell me exactly what the issue was on my BMW and pointed out a few preventative items as well. Would always recommend them for their honest approach and prompt delivery of service!
