I had a great experience at this mechanic shop. The staff was friendly, honest, and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. The work was completed on time, and my vehicle has been running perfectly ever since. Their pricing was fair, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but this shop has definitely earned my confidence. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional service!

Tuned my car and fixed my exhaust leak while I waited. Very quick, friendly, and local! 100% recommend

I made an appointment to have some repairs done on my Truck and was very impressed with the experience. The team greeted me right away and got my Truck in immediately. They were efficient, professional, and took great care of everything. I was very satisfied with the level service and would definitely recommend Parts Plug to others. It's not often you find a place that combines professionalism with genuine customer care, and this team delivered on both.

Great service and very friendly team. They did an oil change on my Mini and checked the brake light issue. It turned out to be a small thing to fix, and they only charged me for the part with no labour charge. I was honestly surprised and really appreciated it. Thanks again for the great service!

Brought my car in for a quick service, they were able to get my wheel bearing done in a timely manner. Nick was super accommodating! Will definitely be back!

Had a great experience at Parts Plug. I reached out via email to inquire about walnut blasting intake carbon cleaning, they were quick to respond to all my questions, and book me in for an appointment. After they completed my intake carbon cleaning, I no longer experience misfires during cold starts or rough idling. I also noticed that the car is running overall a lot smoother now, and quicker throttle response. Intake carbon cleaning is pricey but for the amount of time it takes to complete I think the price is fair and worth it, felt like the car got a second life and runs like new. Highly recommend Parts Plug to anyone thinking about intake carbon cleaning!

If you’ve been to their Oshawa location then tou already know, Parts Plug is one of the most reputable shops around and treat every car with care and respect. From brake jobs to performance parts they do it all and then some! Great staff, great owner, I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!

I've been bringing my cars here for the past few years, and the experience has consistently been top-notch. The customer service is excellent—friendly, professional, and attentive. The team is knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely cares about getting you the right parts at a fair price. They’re incredibly thorough with their inspections and have always been able to accurately diagnose and resolve any issues. The only downside is that they’re getting busier as more people discover their outstanding service, but it’s a testament to how good they really are.

They took time out to help put together my trunk panels and didn't charge me even though I wanted to pay, outstanding service would recommend

Nick, Omar, and the rest of the crew are all amazing. I had them replace my clutch to a brand new one on my 06 RSX. The process went very smooth, and they provided detailed answers to all my questions, and stayed communicative throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend for all needs!

I was amazed at the honesty and professionalism of this Auto shop. I went thinking I’ll need several hundred dollars of repairs but it was something really minute and they fixed it without charging a single cent and in a jiffy after their working hours were over!! I’d recommend this place to anyone. Great work guys!!

They did a great job on installing my coilovers; process was smooth & everything was completed on time!

Honest, fair and knowledgeable. Only shop I take my cars too for service or repairs.

Sad that they have bots and fake profiles that lowers their rep. Outstanding people and customer service, very knowledgeable. I go here for the typical oil changes and inspections. Never had a problem.

Absolutely fantastic service. Answered my questions and addressed my concerns. These guys know there stuff. I got a PRL high volume air intake installed in my 2024 Honda Civic sport sedan. "Yeah yeah I know." Wasn't chasing gains or trying to make my car super fast because it's not. Although after the installation the car sounds fantastic. I'm extremely happy with the noise it makes now. Sounds sportier with a little angry growel. Like I said I'm not chasing gains or trying to race anybody. These guys did a fantastic job and it was a comfortable experience. There is a difference and it's noticeable no huge power gain but is a bit peppier sounds great. Thanks to the guys at parts plug

I just called if it’s time to replace brake pads and rotor since I heard strange sound when I braked. They are so efficient to tell me to come right away to check and get quotation. They are very nice and helpful with my car issue.

Great experience at Parts Plug Scarborough! I’ve been to the Whitby location before, and the Scarborough shop provides the same friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable service you would expect. This location is more convenient for me, so it’s great knowing I can get the same level of service closer to home. Highly recommend!

Great guys. Great service. They truly care about what they do

Excellent service from start to finish. The team was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took the time to explain the issue clearly and made sure the work was completed properly and efficiently. I really appreciated their attention to detail and fair pricing. I would definitely recommend Parts Plug Oshawa to anyone looking for reliable and professional automotive service

Honest mechanics with great service and fair pricing. It takes me 20 minutes to drive there each time but it’s worth the drive!

Best place in Durham Region to get e98 fuel. Great guys and service. Be back for more!

I had my Jettas engine replaced by these guys a few years ago. I always send anyone I know with big issues to them to fix it up for an affordable price. Figured I should write a review about my experience. Thank you's again 👏

Thank you for taking really good care of my car and getting my suspension fixed! No more noises!

My car started making weird noises. I called on a Friday night and they told me to come in tomorrow morning. They immediately started taking a look at my car and I was out of there in under a half hour! No more weird noises, they said it was an easy fix. Thank you so much!

Gagan and Amar and there team are amazing. Honestly its the best place to bring your car for auto repair needs there knowledgeable, efficient and fair priced.
