Needed my tires replaced with winter tires. Service was fantastic and workers were all friendly. Definitely recommend!!

Great experience with Parts Plug! I got an oil change, the whole process was quick and easy. Great service and prices as well. I’d definitely recommend Parts Plug and will be going back to them again!

Thank you for taking really good care of my car and getting my suspension fixed! No more noises!

Great guys came in because I had a coolant leak found the issue very quick and price was reasonable would come back again for sure.

Thank you for your service. Provide all the information I needed over the phone and at the location, very quick to service.

Great guys. Great service. They truly care about what they do

I have been going to this place for about 4-5 years and I have been dealing with Amar and his colleagues , They are highly trained, very reliable, honest & knowledgable and have helped me many times coming up with simple and quick solutions for any type of situation with both of my vehicles .They are very patient, courteous and polite and have always provided the excellent customer service. Highly recommend this place for auto repairs and maintenance. Best wishes, Jas

Best experience for a car repair ever. Was grateful for their advice prior to the alternator replacement. I was going to try to make it back home….. anyway, car was fixed quickly and is ready to go. Will definitely make this my garage moving forward. It's worth the drive to Oshawa, to have Parts Plug work on your car.

Quality workmanship and attention to detail. Swapped my clutch, welded up a great exhaust, and got me some fresh summer tires. Installed a bbk and car drives great

I took my Mercedes C300 for a noise coming from front axle. They inspected the car within 20 minutes and gave me a quote. Did the job the next day quickly and the car was running smooth as new. Got the best price for the repairs. Customer service, speed, efficiency everything was amazing!

Very nice and friendly staff, and they always get me taken care of quick. Thank you Amar and the Parts Plug team!

We stopped in on a Saturday morning with a bit of a challenge. A rodent had chewed through one of our injector wires. Honda dealer does not sell a suitable replacement, shy of a full engine harness – which would have been ridiculously expensive. The guy at Parts Plug spent a generous amount of time trying to help us out gratis, even though he did not have the specific part. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

I’m always so happy with all the guys that work here. Service is top notch. Honest group of men. Highly recommend

I just called if it’s time to replace brake pads and rotor since I heard strange sound when I braked. They are so efficient to tell me to come right away to check and get quotation. They are very nice and helpful with my car issue.

Best shop in the GTA great service and trustworthy people wouldn’t go anywhere else they do it all!

Fixed my suspension clunk for cheaper than another shop quoted, also very fast and friendly to talk to!

Great staff, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Amazing pricing. Definitely recommend!!

Great experience! I came here to get my tires changed and an oil change done. Everything went smoothly. The staff were friendly, professional, and got the work done quickly. The service was straightforward and I was really happy with the overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable shop!

Awesome Service Thank you so much!!

Quick turnaround and great service will be going back for all my needs

Excellent service from start to finish. The team was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took the time to explain the issue clearly and made sure the work was completed properly and efficiently. I really appreciated their attention to detail and fair pricing. I would definitely recommend Parts Plug Oshawa to anyone looking for reliable and professional automotive service

Hey! This place is seriously one of the best spots in all of GTA to get your car fixed up. I've been a customer at their other location for the past 5 years, and now they've opened one right near my house! Awesome! 😊

The absolute go-to shop for BMWs in the Durham Region. They’ve taken care of my cars on multiple occasions and always deliver incredible work. Highly recommend!

Tuned my car and fixed my exhaust leak while I waited. Very quick, friendly, and local! 100% recommend

I had a great experience at this mechanic shop. The staff was friendly, honest, and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. The work was completed on time, and my vehicle has been running perfectly ever since. Their pricing was fair, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but this shop has definitely earned my confidence. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional service!
