Absolutely fantastic service. Answered my questions and addressed my concerns. These guys know there stuff. I got a PRL high volume air intake installed in my 2024 Honda Civic sport sedan. "Yeah yeah I know." Wasn't chasing gains or trying to make my car super fast because it's not. Although after the installation the car sounds fantastic. I'm extremely happy with the noise it makes now. Sounds sportier with a little angry growel. Like I said I'm not chasing gains or trying to race anybody. These guys did a fantastic job and it was a comfortable experience. There is a difference and it's noticeable no huge power gain but is a bit peppier sounds great. Thanks to the guys at parts plug

They removed the stock exhaust on my 2024 Z Performance and replaced it with an AWE Track exhaust. The price was fair for the work. I was consulted about the placement of the exhaust tips while I waited. I was consulted again about how I wanted the old exhaust placed in the hatch of the Z, and to ensure it didn’t scrape the interior. All in all, very efficient and courteous service. I highly recommend this shop!

What the EPC Light Means

EPC stands for Electronic Power Control. On a Volkswagen it points to a fault in the engine management or throttle system, often a sensor, an ignition coil or the throttle body. The car may limit power to protect itself, so have it diagnosed soon.

City Driving and Your Volkswagen

Short trips and heavy traffic keep the engine from fully warming up and work the brakes and DSG clutches harder. If most of your driving is in the city, a shorter oil-change interval and regular brake checks are worth considering.

My DSG jerks at low speed. Is that normal?

A little firmness is normal for a dual-clutch gearbox, but harsh engagement or shuddering is not. It can mean the gearbox needs a fluid service or a clutch adaptation. Book a diagnostic before it gets worse.

Can I bring my leased Volkswagen here?

Yes. Most leases only require maintenance to Volkswagen’s schedule. Check your agreement, and keep your invoices as proof.
