Great guys. Great service. They truly care about what they do

Very quick and timely service, phone call updates throughout, same day repairs

I took my Mercedes C300 for a noise coming from front axle. They inspected the car within 20 minutes and gave me a quote. Did the job the next day quickly and the car was running smooth as new. Got the best price for the repairs. Customer service, speed, efficiency everything was amazing!

Absolutely fantastic service. Answered my questions and addressed my concerns. These guys know there stuff. I got a PRL high volume air intake installed in my 2024 Honda Civic sport sedan. "Yeah yeah I know." Wasn't chasing gains or trying to make my car super fast because it's not. Although after the installation the car sounds fantastic. I'm extremely happy with the noise it makes now. Sounds sportier with a little angry growel. Like I said I'm not chasing gains or trying to race anybody. These guys did a fantastic job and it was a comfortable experience. There is a difference and it's noticeable no huge power gain but is a bit peppier sounds great. Thanks to the guys at parts plug

Just had a small part install on my car and I’m definitely happy with was done. Guys are knowledgeable and I’ll definitely be back to get more work done on my car.

Great shop with honest, knowledgeable staff. Very trustworthy and always willing to help. Highly recommend

Amazing service as always! Have been coming to them for over 5 years! They always have an opening and are able to do quick checks and never ever overcharge. Really honest hard working individuals. You should definitely go to them for all of your car needs. 👏🏼

Josiah and the team define customer service in the auto industry.

Very nice and friendly staff, and they always get me taken care of quick. Thank you Amar and the Parts Plug team!

They did a great job on installing my coilovers; process was smooth & everything was completed on time!

Great service and very friendly team. They did an oil change on my Mini and checked the brake light issue. It turned out to be a small thing to fix, and they only charged me for the part with no labour charge. I was honestly surprised and really appreciated it. Thanks again for the great service!

I’m always so happy with all the guys that work here. Service is top notch. Honest group of men. Highly recommend

I just called if it’s time to replace brake pads and rotor since I heard strange sound when I braked. They are so efficient to tell me to come right away to check and get quotation. They are very nice and helpful with my car issue.

Needed my tires replaced with winter tires. Service was fantastic and workers were all friendly. Definitely recommend!!

I had my Jettas engine replaced by these guys a few years ago. I always send anyone I know with big issues to them to fix it up for an affordable price. Figured I should write a review about my experience. Thank you's again 👏

We stopped in on a Saturday morning with a bit of a challenge. A rodent had chewed through one of our injector wires. Honda dealer does not sell a suitable replacement, shy of a full engine harness – which would have been ridiculously expensive. The guy at Parts Plug spent a generous amount of time trying to help us out gratis, even though he did not have the specific part. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

Thanks to Amar and the team. Top shelf service and advice.

The absolute go-to shop for BMWs in the Durham Region. They’ve taken care of my cars on multiple occasions and always deliver incredible work. Highly recommend!

Excellent fast service. Highly professional. Highly recommend

Very honest people and will tell you what your car really needs not like other mechanics that will charge you an arm and leg to get your car fixed. Just picked up my CRV and I highly recommend Parts Plug. You need anything from breaks or tires or oil change ANYTHING! Give them a call and you will never regret this and I'm 100% they will give you a WAY better pricing than dealerships. Parts Plug will work on your car like it's theirs and will do a perfectly precise job. Thank you guys 😉

Helped with supercharger pulley install top shelf staff!

Service is excellent, inspection is thorough, service is delivered promptly and pricing is reasonable. Also, their staff is gentle, friendly and patient with customers with no technical knowledge. My wife is a bit skittish when visiting mechanics in general, I advised her to take her car to Parts plugs due to engine light on, she did it today and loved the attention, she is changing mechanic moving forward!

Best experience for a car repair ever. Was grateful for their advice prior to the alternator replacement. I was going to try to make it back home….. anyway, car was fixed quickly and is ready to go. Will definitely make this my garage moving forward. It's worth the drive to Oshawa, to have Parts Plug work on your car.

Quick turnaround and great service will be going back for all my needs

These guys are solid. I took my BMW X7 here and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. They provided a detailed quote by email beforehand, and there were no surprises, hidden fees, or unnecessary upselling. Honest, professional service and a great overall experience. Highly recommended.
