Shipping Information

What shipping methods are available?

Flat rate shipping is currently only available in the GTA and surrounding areas, for shipping outside of these regions we ship via UPS or Canada Post. FREE instore pickup is always available!

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only offer shipping to Canadian addresses

How might I obtain an estimated date of delivery?

Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation including the estimated delivery date

Can I split my order to ship to different locations?

If your order contains multiple items that you wish to ship to multiple locations there is no additional fee if the address is within our free shipping coverage area, if it is outside this area we charge an additional $25 + tax for each address

Payment Information

What payments methods are available?

We currently accept cash, mastercard, visa, debit and interac e-transfers.

Can I split my payment?

Payments may be split however items will not ship until the full payment has been processedĀ

How do I return or exchange an item?

How do I cancel an order?

Please send us an email to info@partsplug.ca to cancel an order, please note that special order products are final and may not be returned or cancelled, we will alert you if anything in your order is a special order item

Early Closure Notice
