These guys are solid. I took my BMW X7 here and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. They provided a detailed quote by email beforehand, and there were no surprises, hidden fees, or unnecessary upselling. Honest, professional service and a great overall experience. Highly recommended.

They did a great on my VW. Came here initially for just for a Carbon build up removal (walnut blast), and ended having my car fully diagnosed and repaired beyond my initial thoughts. Fair pricing, they are good and prompt with communication as well details to what the actual issues are. So no feeling of being upsold on things you don't need.

Absolutely fantastic service. Answered my questions and addressed my concerns. These guys know there stuff. I got a PRL high volume air intake installed in my 2024 Honda Civic sport sedan. "Yeah yeah I know." Wasn't chasing gains or trying to make my car super fast because it's not. Although after the installation the car sounds fantastic. I'm extremely happy with the noise it makes now. Sounds sportier with a little angry growel. Like I said I'm not chasing gains or trying to race anybody. These guys did a fantastic job and it was a comfortable experience. There is a difference and it's noticeable no huge power gain but is a bit peppier sounds great. Thanks to the guys at parts plug
Response from the owner:Always happy to help Russel, thanks!

I had a fantastic experience with Parts Plug. Their staff was knowledgeable, patient, and truly understood the needs of performance car enthusiasts. I was after a specific O-ring for my HKS BOV on an N54 build, and not only did they have exactly what I needed, but they also helped me confirm the correct size over the phone.

I've been bringing my cars here for the past few years, and the experience has consistently been top-notch. The customer service is excellent—friendly, professional, and attentive. The team is knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely cares about getting you the right parts at a fair price. They’re incredibly thorough with their inspections and have always been able to accurately diagnose and resolve any issues. The only downside is that they’re getting busier as more people discover their outstanding service, but it’s a testament to how good they really are.

Brought my truck in to change the exhaust so i could get a deeper sound and a little louder . Amar listened to what i wanted and ordered what was needed . Part took a little longer but no worries they were prompt in keeping me informed . Sounds amazing and the decimal level comes in a little louder . I could not be happier . Amazing service very polite from all employees that i interacted with , i actually felt like they cared about what i wanted. Also as i was leaving i was told to see if its the sound im looking for as they could make it louder . These guys a great. Highly recommend. Been back for headlight and taillight install . Again they did a fantastic job
Response from the owner:Thank you Lorne i'm glad you're liking the exhaust! – Amar

Catless Downpipe Installation Services

Improve exhaust flow and support your turbocharged performance build with professional catless downpipe installation from Parts Plug.

A catless downpipe removes the restrictive catalytic converter found in the factory downpipe, allowing exhaust gases to exit the turbocharger more efficiently. This modification is commonly used on dedicated competition, track and off-road vehicles requiring increased exhaust flow.

Professional Catless Downpipe Installation

Our downpipe services may include:

  • Catless downpipe installation
  • Factory downpipe removal
  • Exhaust gasket and hardware replacement
  • V-band clamp inspection and replacement
  • Oxygen-sensor transfer and inspection
  • Exhaust leak testing
  • Downpipe and exhaust fitment correction
  • Custom exhaust fabrication
  • Turbocharger and exhaust-system inspection
  • Installation of supporting performance components

Proper installation is essential for preventing exhaust leaks, unwanted vibration, clearance problems and damaged oxygen sensors.

Benefits of a Catless Downpipe

On an appropriately modified and tuned vehicle, a catless downpipe may provide:

  • Increased exhaust flow
  • Reduced exhaust restriction
  • Improved turbocharger response
  • Potential horsepower and torque gains
  • More aggressive exhaust sound
  • Support for upgraded turbochargers
  • Lower exhaust backpressure

Results depend on the vehicle, turbocharger, software, exhaust system and supporting modifications.

Tuning and Warning Lights

Installing a catless downpipe may trigger a check-engine light or emissions-related fault codes. Many applications also require appropriate performance software to operate correctly and safely.

Parts Plug can help evaluate your vehicle’s current modifications and determine what supporting upgrades should be considered.

Important Road-Use Notice

Catless downpipes remove factory emissions-control equipment and may not be legal for public-road use. They are generally intended for dedicated competition, track or off-road vehicles where permitted.

For a street-driven vehicle, ask us about a quality high-flow catted downpipe or another emissions-compliant exhaust option.
