We stopped in on a Saturday morning with a bit of a challenge. A rodent had chewed through one of our injector wires. Honda dealer does not sell a suitable replacement, shy of a full engine harness – which would have been ridiculously expensive. The guy at Parts Plug spent a generous amount of time trying to help us out gratis, even though he did not have the specific part. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

Honestly, one of the best shops I’ve dealt with. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the work they do. They explained everything clearly, were honest about what I actually needed, and never tried to upsell me on things I didn’t need. Josiah was a huge help and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to BMWs. Nick, the technician, was also very helpful, and both of them were super friendly and easy to deal with. After dealing with them myself, I can honestly see how the 1 star reviews about their customer service are fake. My experience was the complete opposite. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. Pricing was also very fair, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop instead of going to the dealer.

They removed the stock exhaust on my 2024 Z Performance and replaced it with an AWE Track exhaust. The price was fair for the work. I was consulted about the placement of the exhaust tips while I waited. I was consulted again about how I wanted the old exhaust placed in the hatch of the Z, and to ensure it didn’t scrape the interior. All in all, very efficient and courteous service. I highly recommend this shop!
