Had a great experience at Parts Plug. I reached out via email to inquire about walnut blasting intake carbon cleaning, they were quick to respond to all my questions, and book me in for an appointment. After they completed my intake carbon cleaning, I no longer experience misfires during cold starts or rough idling. I also noticed that the car is running overall a lot smoother now, and quicker throttle response. Intake carbon cleaning is pricey but for the amount of time it takes to complete I think the price is fair and worth it, felt like the car got a second life and runs like new. Highly recommend Parts Plug to anyone thinking about intake carbon cleaning!

Brought my truck in to change the exhaust so i could get a deeper sound and a little louder . Amar listened to what i wanted and ordered what was needed . Part took a little longer but no worries they were prompt in keeping me informed . Sounds amazing and the decimal level comes in a little louder . I could not be happier . Amazing service very polite from all employees that i interacted with , i actually felt like they cared about what i wanted. Also as i was leaving i was told to see if its the sound im looking for as they could make it louder . These guys a great. Highly recommend. Been back for headlight and taillight install . Service is excellent, inspection is thorough, service is delivered promptly and pricing is reasonable. Also, their staff is gentle, friendly and patient with customers with no technical knowledge. My wife is a bit skittish when visiting mechanics in general, I advised her to take her car to Parts plugs due to engine light on, she did it today and loved the attention, she is changing mechanic moving forward!

Honestly, one of the best shops I’ve dealt with. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the work they do. They explained everything clearly, were honest about what I actually needed, and never tried to upsell me on things I didn’t need. Josiah was a huge help and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to BMWs. Nick, the technician, was also very helpful, and both of them were super friendly and easy to deal with. After dealing with them myself, I can honestly see how the 1 star reviews about their customer service are fake. My experience was the complete opposite. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. Pricing was also very fair, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop instead of going to the dealer.

City Driving Is Hard on a BMW
